What we collect
- Details you send through the enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, phone number and message.
- Details you include when you send a quote or message on WhatsApp.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and invoices, and deliver the work you ask for. Novyra does not sell your information or add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Who else handles it
The enquiry form is processed by Formspree, and WhatsApp messages by WhatsApp (Meta). These services may store data outside South Africa under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them. Quotes and invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information Novyra holds about you, or object to how it is used. Send a WhatsApp message to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
